Upside Commercial is led by Pablo Rodriguez, Founder and Managing Broker.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Pablo has advised developers, investors, and end users on a wide range of transactions, with a particular focus on Miami’s urban core and emerging neighborhoods.

Prior to founding Upside Commercial, Pablo spent several years at established, high-performing brokerage firms, where he was involved in notable transactions throughout Miami’s inner core. His experience spans site acquisitions for development, end-user properties, and value-add investment opportunities across multiple asset classes in some of the city’s most active corridors, representing both buyers and sellers.

Pablo is an active member of the Miami Realtors Association and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Florida International University. Outside of work, Pablo is a dedicated tennis enthusiast who enjoys the sport’s pace, precision, and strategic depth.
